The Connection Between Clutter, Overwhelm & Wellbeing with…
Helen Hickey
Join us for our next Connection Club event as we explore the connection between clutter, overwhelm and mental wellbeing, helping people understand why they often feel stuck and how small changes can create more calm, clarity and control.
Rather than focusing on being tidy or organised, this session explores the deeper reasons why clutter can have such a significant impact on our mental wellbeing. Helen will discuss how our physical environment can contribute to feelings of stress, overwhelm and mental load, and why making constant decisions about our belongings can leave us feeling mentally drained.
Helen will also explore the emotional attachments that often make it difficult to let things go and explain why this is a common experience for many people.
Through practical examples and simple mindset shifts, the session will help you understand how making small, achievable steps can reduce overwhelm and create a greater sense of calm and clarity.
As always, expect meaningful conversation, connection, and a room full of women who truly get it.

FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Mel
As a woman facing mid-life, I know how overwhelming it can feel. When you're busy caring for everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of yourself. I created The Connection Club because I believe no woman should face any mountain range in isolation. So you always have a place to turn, no matter what you're climbing.
